THE SITUATION

A corporate team was stuck in a bit of a rut. They were short on personnel, tight on time, and had no team members with product development experience beyond the company walls. 

This national company was looking to expand several product lines into uncharted plant-based territory, and to take some tired gluten-free baking mixes to the next level. Challenge accepted!

THE SECRET SAUCE

We hit the ground running – sussing out the team dynamics, evaluating the current product line, and learning from the challenges experienced during previous efforts. 

Working collaboratively with suppliers, procurement, and quality assurance teams, we sourced new ingredients key to gluten-free baking and plant-based products. 

We introduced a working relationship with co-manufacturers as we had neither the capacity nor suitable equipment to manufacture these new product lines. We worked diligently to send and receive samples across the country, rapidly test and provide feedback, and ultimately bring our formulas to market.

THE OUTCOME

The company enjoyed unprecedented success with the launch of each of our new products. Some even sold out globally within 24 hours!
