An international award-winning culinary innovator (kind of a big deal, has many leather-bound books), Melinda Burke came up in some of Vancouver’s top restaurants. She was eventually drawn to the R&D sector to become one of the youngest product developers to craft a product portfolio which spans North America’s most recognized retail and health food brands.
